Terms Of Service

1. Payments must be made exclusively through PayPal and Ko-fi using invoices and will be processed in USD.2. Payment can be made in two ways: 50% of the total after the sketch is approved, and the remaining 50% once the artwork is completed. There’s also the option to pay the full amount after the sketch approval, depending on the client’s preference. However, I recommend the first option, as it ensures greater security for both the client and myself.3. The artwork is for ONLY PERSONAL USE.4. Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks but may be affected by your place on the waiting list and the complexity of the piece.5. Phases are allowed only 3 times, any more will have an increase in the final price of ur artwork.6. The artwork will be sent via e-mail. MY e-mail is: [email protected].7.. I may share your completed commission on my social media platforms unless you request otherwise beforehand.8. You are NOT ALLOWED to alter, edit, or use my work in any way without my explicit permission, except for use as an icon, header, etc., as long as proper credit is given.9. I reserve the right to refuse any commission or client for any reason. While I am not obligated to explain my decision, I will notify you if I decline.10. The artwork I create for you cannot be used for AI training purposes. Violating this rule will result in being blacklisted by me and potentially other artists. The same applies to the creation or use of NFTs.11. I DO NOT accept refunds (would prefer you come and talk to me if any problem occurs).12. DO NOT send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission/offer AND have asked for payment.
